Web Host, VoIP Provider, Cbeyond, Files for Secondary Offering of Common Stock
Atlanta, Georgia - September 21, 2006 - Web hosting and managed integrated VoIP services provider, Cbeyond, in connection with a proposed public offering of up to 4,112,500 shares of its common stock by existing stockholders, has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
There will be no proceeds to Cbeyond from the offering, which includes an over-allotment option of up to 536,413 shares. J.P. Morgan Securities Inc. and Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. will act as joint book-running managers for the proposed offering.
