Web Host ServePath Offers New SLA
August 15, 2006 - Web hosting provider ServePath (servepath.com) introduced a new service level agreement this week at the LinuxWorld Conference & Expo, held August 14 to 17 at the Moscone Center in San Francisco, California.
The Web host is the first provider to offer such a detailed SLA to guarantee specific levels of network performance and service. It is also providing customers a credit of 100 minutes of free service for any minute of downtime to ensure satisfaction.

The new SLA guarantees 100 percent uptime, and includes highly technical elements of Internet network performance to dozens of other networks around the world. It also covers support response time, hardware replacement guarantees, domain name services, power availability and performance, cooling and environment and other services.
