Gregory P. McGraw, iVidia's Founder and Chief Executive Officer, will assume the new role as President and CEO of BroadRiver Communication Corp. and its parent company. Mr. McGraw was also named to the Board of Directors of BroadRiver. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. While serving as CEO of Cypress Communications, Mr. McGraw led the company's 9,148 percent average increase in sales revenue growth from 2001 to 2004, earning him recognition as one of the top entrepreneurs in Atlanta and Cypress as one of the Top 100 Best Performing Public Companies in Georgia.
Mr. McGraw plans to apply strategies for customer service and business growth to BroadRiver's expansion efforts, looking to expand the company's service footprint throughout the Southeast and beyond. BroadRiver will be greatly expanding the range of services it offers to customers, providing small businesses with all the secure services they need to run their businesses more efficiently and profitably. We're excited to be able to present customers with the most extensive offering of hosted bundled services on the market today, all at a fixed price that is easy for them to manage.''
