eBolo Communications Launches Hosting and Domain Services
eBolo.com, an emerging communications company, announced today its intentions to enter into the Internet services space as a registrar and offer domain names, hosting, eMail and a host of other web services to its clients; announces intention to acquire eBusiness eSsentials division from Bizdev Systems Inc.
With the acquisition of eBusiness eSsentials, eBolo Communications would bolster its expanding portfolio of infrastructure services with value added services that will benefit its clients.
“We are an agile, feedback driven and customer oriented company. Our business plan is very simple. We do what our clients expect from us. It’s an interesting dynamic model, we can keep creating business models from the inside out and succeed. Then there is Tao-ism, what our clients expect us to provide and they see value in paying for such services, that is the definition of synergy. Knowing where to say no may define what we don’t do right now, these questions pile up and become our next big move into the YES zone!” smiled Sanjay Saggere, co-founder, Chairman, President & CEO, as he addressed a group of analysts.
“This acquisition includes a host of elements that can bolster our business and ability to provide add-on services, we are still working on the deal” said a spokesperson.
eBolo will acquire and retain the ability to sell pre-packaged services such as doman name registrations and transfers, hosting with both Linux and Windows operating systems, SSL certificates, Search Engine Marketing and other related services.
“Details of the deal are yet to be worked out and will be released to the media at the appropriate time.” a company spokesperson said, “We are working out a win-win deal to ensure that we grow together in tandem.”
