OrderPro Logistics Executes Letter of Intent to Acquire Tuscon, Arizona Based Technology Company



TUCSON, AZ, Apr 05, 2006 (MARKET WIRE via COMTEX) -- OrderPro Logistics, Inc. announced today that it has signed a Letter of Intent to acquire a Tucson, Arizona based technology services provider. This company currently provides technical services for OrderPro Logistics, Inc. as well as a broad base of customers in the residential areas surrounding the greater Tucson area. Growth and expansion in these markets are currently in demand and will be facilitated once the acquisition has been finalized.
