SWsoft Acquires the Number One Chinese Hosting Software Company and Forms SWsoft China
Company Extends Operations with Acquisition of ValueOf Software Technology to Offer Complete Server Automation and Virtualization Solutions to Growing Chinese Market
Beijing, China and Herndon, VA — October 19, 2005 – Today, SWsoft, an established leader in server automation and virtualization software, announced the acquisition of the assets and technology of ValueOf Software Technology Co. Ltd (www.valueof.com) for an undisclosed amount to establish SWsoft China. SWsoft China, a wholly owned subsidiary, will provide complete sales, support, localization and marketing support to its growing list of service provider customers in China.
