Interland, Inc., based in Atlanta, GA. A court ordered Mediation Settlement Conference has been scheduled. The lawsuit is being litigated in the Southern District, Miami Division.
BizRocket.com claims damages totaling multi-millions of dollars against Interland, Inc., for damages suffered in 1999-2000. BizRocket.com, Inc., previously settled claims against two additional defendants located in Florida and Texas.
