Microsoft Lawsuit Against C I Host Dismissed By Federal Judge; Parties Settle Suit - C I Host Becomes Microsoft Gold Certified Partner
DALLAS, Jan 03, 2005 /PRNewswire via COMTEX/ -- C I Host, global leader in Web hosting and data center operation, today said that a federal judge dismissed a long- running suit filed by software giant Microsoft Corporation against the Texas- based hosting company.
"Even though we were the underdog, we expected a positive outcome all along, so at C I Host we are ecstatic that the court dismissed the case," said Christopher Faulkner, CEO of C I Host.
