OKLAHOMA CITY, Oct 13, 2003 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- FullNet Communications, Inc. ("FullNet" or the "Company")(OTCBB:FULO) today announced the promotion of Roger P. Baresel to the position of President. Mr. Baresel has served as FullNet's Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Board of Directors since November 9, 2000. Mr. Baresel is an accomplished senior executive with over 25 years experience working with businesses in transition and has previously served as the president and director of successful public and private companies.
